Sales Executive
This role focuses on client centered relationship development, account management, system assessment, estimating, and pre-construction coordination. Excellent customer relationship, interpersonal communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. To be successful you need a passion for automation and/or security and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
Project Managers
This role focuses on client centered relationship development, account management, system assessment, estimating, and pre-construction coordination. Excellent customer relationship, interpersonal communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. To be successful you need a passion for automation and/or security and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
Project Engineers
Project Engineer duties include working with the Sales team assisting in estimating, creating proposals, project coordination, tracking material, scheduling field labor, subcontract management, and working directly with customers. The qualified candidate must be well documented, have excellent communication skills, and have experience working with low voltage systems.
Application Engineers
Application Engineers assists sales with correct product application, develop installation wiring diagrams for automation and/or security systems, order parts for projects, create project submittals, assist with field related installation questions, and produce final as-built documentation. AutoCAD and/or Visio experience and an electrical or mechanical engineering background are preferred.
Building Automation Field Technicians
The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC and/or DDC programming and a 2 or4 year higher education degree. Knowledge of programming systems such as industrial PLC Systems, Schneider Electric I/A Series or Tridium AX is preferred. Duties include start up, logic programming, graphics development, day-to-day servicing and maintenance; including diagnoses, repairs, and commissioning of automation systems. You will be working with chillers, boilers, air-handlers, pumps, and other building systems. In addition, you will be expected to diagnose systemic problems and modify sequences to improve system performance and energy efficiency. Excellent customer relationship, organizational, and computer skills are a must.
Building Automation Software Technicians
Three to five years of experience programming industrial PLC systems or commercial controls is required to be successful. Knowledge of Schneider Electric I/A Series or Tridium AX is a plus. Duties include assessing mechanical systems, programming control sequences, and developing intuitive graphics for person-machine interface. The ideal candidate is proficient in a multitude of enterprise applications including: database software, Windows Server, desktop hardware and software, system backups, network monitoring, data security, patching, anti-virus software and system optimization. The position may entail support for networking hardware like data switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations.
Security/CCTV Field Technicians
We seek experienced Security Technicians with excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills to support our integrated commercial card access and CCTV clients. Responsibilities would include security software programming during installation, troubleshooting door hardware, and also servicing existing client base. The ideal candidate will also have proven factory training on access control and/or CCTV systems and a history of working closely with project managers, contractors, and end users to provide solutions and prompt service.
Security/CCTV Network Technician
Today’s enterprise level security systems are IP based and often utilize POE technology. Network level technicians need to clearly understand all of the security system field needs and the high level networking requirements. The ideal candidate is proficient in a multitude of enterprise applications including: database software, Windows Server, desktop hardware and software, system backups, network monitoring, data security, patching, anti-virus software and system optimization. The position may entail support for networking hardware like data switches, firewalls and VPN configurations.
