President/Owner of Automated Building Systems-Tulsa, Inc. & Control Installations, Inc. in Tulsa, OK.
Joel started in the control industry in 1984 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in mechanical engineering. Automated Building Systems-Tulsa, Inc. was formed in 1998 and has grown to be the premier building automation system provider for eastern Oklahoma and the Tulsa area.

Kent James
Kent has served the InsideIQ organization in both the Secretary and Treasurer roles during his membership tenure. He began his career in the facility solutions business in 1985. He joined Control Technologies, Inc. as an owner in 2006 and currently serves as the President of the organization. His responsibilities include managing business development and overall operations. Other priorities include ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Before joining Control Technologies, he worked in the industry for manufacturers such as KMC, Simplex, and Johnson Controls helping grow their sales and field operations businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M.

Paul started in the controls industry in 1982 as a Sales Engineer with Johnson Controls, Inc.. Founded Automated Control Systems, Inc. in 1987 with partner Wayne Durr serving Louisiana and Mississippi. Has vast experience in the HVAC Building Automation industry and is a licensed Professional Engineer and a member of several professional engineering organizations.

Steven spent the last 19 years helping to manage and grow Smartware Technologies, first as a division of long-time Inside IQ member and Schneider partner Building Controls and Services (SmartEdge), and more recently as a stand-alone company.

Jeff Jarvis, Vice President, Eastern Ontario
Mr. Jarvis graduated from the Instrumentation Engineering Technology Program at St. Lawrence College in 1994 and, shortly after, started his career with BASE Controls as part of the design and engineering team. Over the past 25 years, he has held a variety of Operational, Technical, Sales and Management Roles allowing him to learn all aspects of the BAS and HVAC industry. In 2016, Mr. Jarvis led the building automation team at Airtron Canada in Ontario. When Ainsworth purchased Airtron Canada in 2016, he continued to lead the Ontario building automation team until 2018. Mr. Jarvis is now focused on growing the Eastern Ontario business and developing an Ainsworth national building automation strategy.

Lindsay Drisko
Lindsay Drisko is President and Owner of several companies including ENE Systems, Inc., based in Massachusetts, SNE Building Systems, Inc., based in Connecticut, ENE Systems of New Hampshire, Inc. and Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. Lindsay has been a member of the Board of Directors for Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts (ASM) and InsideIQ, Building Automation Alliance, as well as being a past President for both. Lindsay holds a BS in Engineering from Syracuse University and an EIT license from the State of New York.
